Tahu kuning
yellow stewed tahu

1 tahu / tofu
2 green lomboks
2 salam leaves
1 sereh / lemongrass
225 ml santen cair

2 shallots
2 cloves garlic
3 cm kunyit
2 cm laos
1 cm jahe
4 candle nuts, roasted
1/2 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
Cut the tahu into cubes and the lomboks into thin strips. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the tahu golden brown and scoop it from the oil and drain on kitchen paper.
Heat in a wok / wadjan 3 tbsp oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add the salam, the lemongrass and the lombok and fry for 2 more minutes more. Then add the coconut milk and let it simmer slowly until the liquid is reduced by half. Then add the tahu and simmer until the liquid has almost evaporated.
