Pecil Tahu
tahu/tofu with vegetables in sauce

500 gr tahu/tofu
200 gr beansprouts
1/2 cucumber
oil water

Bahan-bahan saus:
ingredients sauce:
1 tsp trassi / shrimp paste
2 red lomboks / large chilies
1 tsp palmsugar
salt to taste
2 tbsp kecap manis / dark sweet soy sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp jinten / cumin

2 sprig celery leaves

Cara membuat:
Cut the tahu into cubes. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the tahu golden brown and let it drain on kitchen paper. Heat the water en blanch the beansprouts and let it cool rapidly in cold water and drain. Cut the cumbumber in thin slices.
Pound or grind the ingredients fine into a paste and mix it with the kecap and the vinegar. Chop the celery. Mix the tahu with the cucumber and the beansprouts and pour over the sauce. Garnish it with the celery and serve.
