tahu fried with kecap and green pepper
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
350 gr tahu/tofu
1 spring onion
3 tbsp kecap manis
1 tbsp petis udang
1/2 tsp salt
oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
3 shallots
2 cloves of garlic
5 green lomboks
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the tahu into cubes. Cut the spring onion into pieces. Cut the ingredients for the bumbu into thin slices.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the tahu until brown and done and remove it from the pan. Leave 2 tbsp of oil. Then fry the bumbu together with the spring onion for 4 minutes. Then mix in the tahu, the kecap, the petis and the salt and fry it until the moisture has been absorbed. Serve.
