Tahu Kecap Kudus
fried tahu in kecap sauce

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
2 tahu/tofu
2 salam leaf
500 ml of water
3 tbsp kecap manis
oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
3 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
3 red lomboks
3 cm jahe
3 cm laos/galangal
1 tsp trasi/shrimp paste

Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Cut the drained tahu into cubes of 3x3x6cm. Heat in a pan sufficient oil and fry the tahu golden brown and set aside. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan 4 tablespoons oil and fry the bumbu together with the salam for 3 minutes. Add the water and the kecap and bring to the boil. Then add the tahu and cook until the liquid has evaporated.
