Tahu Tumis Kemangi
stir fry of tahu with lemon basil

400 gr tahu
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
cornstarch / flour
2 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
3 red rawits, pitted
1 tsp terasi / trasi bakar
1 tomato
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp palmsugar
1 tbsp kecap manis
5 sprigs of kemangi

Cara membuat:
Cut the tahu into cubes of 3 cm. Sprinkle the cubes with the salt, the pepper and dust lightly with the cornstarch. Heat in a pan sufficient oil and fry the tahu golden brown and set aside.
Cut the shallots, garlic, tomato and rawits into thin slices. Heat in a pan 2 tbsp oil and fry the shallots, the garlic, the rawits and the trasi for 3 minutes. Then add the tomato, the palmsugar and the salt and fry the tomato until soft. Then add the tahu and the kecap and mix everything well. Then spoon in the kemangi and fry until soft. Serve.
