Tahu Tauco

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr tahu/tofu
5 shallots
4 cloves garlic
4 red lomboks (large chilies)
2 green lomboks
1 tomato
2 spring onions
200 ml water
1 tbsp palmsugar
1 tbsp taoco (bean paste)
Cara membuat:
preperation/method:
Cut the tahu into cubs. Cut the shallots and the garlic into thin slices. Deseed the lomboks and slice it into thin strips. Cut the tomato into thin slices and the spring onions into 3 cm long pieces.
Heat in a wok the oil and fry the tahu golden brown. Drain the tahu on a kitchen paper. Pour out the oil but leave 3 tbsp oil behind. In the oil fry the shallots, the garlic and the red lombok for 3 minutes. Then add the water, the palmsugar en the tauco. Then add the remaining ingredients ands let it simmer slowly for 3 minutes.
