Tahu Telor Dan Tauge
fried egg with tahu/tofu and beansprouts
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr tahu/tofu
100 gr beansprouts
2 cloves garlic
2-3 red rawits (small chilies)
4 eggs
3 sprigs celery leaves
salt to taste
boiling water
oil
Taburan:
2 tbsp kecap manis (dark sweet soy sauce)
2 tbsp bawang goreng (fries shallots)
Cara membuat:
preperation/method:
Cut the tahu/tofu into thin slices. Cut the garlic and the rawits fine. Blanch the beansprouts in the boiling water and drain. Chop the celery fine. Beat the eggs and mix in the salt, the garlic, the rawits and half of the beansprouts.
Heat in a wok the oil and fry the tahu/tofu until golden brown. Drain the tahu on kitchen paper. Heat in a skillet 2 tbsp oil and pour in the egg mixture. Add the tahu and cover the pan. Fry the omelette until the egg is firm. Put the omelette on a dish and sprinkle the remaning beansprouts, the kecap and the bawang goreng on top then serve.
