Sambal Goreng Santan Tahu
Tahu cooked in spicy coconut milk
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
2 block tahu/tofu
2 tbsp sambal ulek (see recipe)
6 shallots
4 cloves garlic
500 ml santan (coconut milk)
500 ml beef stock
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:

Dice the tahu. Slice the shallots and the garlic fine. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the shallots and the garlic for 2 minutes. Add the sambal and fry it for 1 minute more. Add the tahu and fry it shortly. Then add the santan and the stock and let it simmer slowly until the tahu is cooked and the sauce has thickened. Mix in the salt and pepper and serve.
