Sate Tempe
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
400 gr tempe
1 tsp salt
500 ml of water
1 tbsp kecap manis
2 cm laos/galangal
Sate sticks

Bumbu:
2 kemiri/candlenuts
7 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
1 tsp ketumbar
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Cut the tempe in cubes of 2cm. Grate the laos.
Heat in a pan the water and add the tempeh, the paste, salt, galangal and kecap and mix well. Cook until the liquid has been absorbed. Put the tempe on the skewers and roast them over a charcoal fire until brown and cooked.
