Moluccan spiced chicken

1/2 chicken
500 ml of water
2 jeruk purut
1 lemongrass stalks
1 spring onion
1 1/2 tsp lime juice
1/2 tsp palm sugar
3 tablespoons oil
7 shallots
5 cloves garlic
10 red rawits
2 tsp salt
2 cm laos
Cara membuat:
Cut the chicken into 6 pieces and jeruk purut into thin strips. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste and marinate the chicken with it.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken for 3 minutes. Add the water, the jeruk purut, and lemongrass and bring to the boil. Let it simmer slowly until the chicken is almost cooked. Add the spring onion, palm sugar and lime juice and cook until the chicken is cooked and the sauce has thickened.
