Tumis Tahu Pedas
stir-fry of spicy tahu

2 blocks tahu/tofu
100 gr minced beef
4 cloves of garlic
2 red lomboks
3 red rawits
3 cm jahe
3 tbsp sauce tomato (see recipe)
4 tsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
150 ml beef broth (see recipe)
1 tbsp corn starch + 1 tbsp water
2 eggs
1 spring onion
1 tbsp oil

Cara Membuat:
Cut the tahu into cubes of 3cm. Chop the garlic and lomboks finely. Cut the rawits and the jahe into thin strips. slice the spring onion fine. Beat the eggs.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic, the lomboks, the rawits and the jahe for 3 minutes. Add the meat and fry until loose. Then add the saus tomat, the fish sauce, the salt, the pepper and the palm sugar an miz well. Add the broth and bring to the boil. Then add the tahu and mix well. Add the corn starch solution followed by the eggs and stir until everything is cooked. Spoon in the spring onion and serve.
