fried soybean curd with greens

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
250 gr tahu/tofu
100 gr long green beans
2 tbsp kecap manis (sweet dark soy sauce)
water
6 tbsp oil

Bahan-bahan saus:
ingredients sauce:
4 shallots
3 cloves garlic
2 lomboks (red long chilies)
1 tomato

Cara membuat:
preperation/method;
Cut the tahu into cubes. Cut the greens beans in 3 cm long pieces. Cook the beans for 5 minutes in water and drain it. Pound the ingredients for the sauce into a paste. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the tahu until golden brown and set aside. Drain the oil but leave 1 tbsp behind. Fry the paste for 2 minutes and add the kecap, the beans and the tahu and fry it for 3 minutes.
