Tempe Masak Keluak
fried stewed tempe with vegetables

300 gr tempeh
50 gr of green beans
3 white cabbage leaves
6 red rawits
2 jeruk purut leaves
1 sereh / lemongrass, white portion
2 asam kandis
1 tsp salt
2 tsp palm sugar
300 ml of water
1 spring onion

3 red lomboks
1 tsp ketumbar
3 kemiri/candlenuts
3 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
1 cm laos
2 keluak / kluwek, soaked

Cara Membuat:
Cut the slices into pieces. Heat in a pan of oil and gry the tempeh golden brown and set aside. Cut the spring onion, the beans and the cabbage leaves into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the bumbu with the rawits, the jeruk purut, the sereh and the asam kandis for 4 minutes. Then add the beans, the tempeh and the cabbage and mix well. Then add the water, the salt and the palm sugar and bring to the boil and cook it slowly until done. Add the spring onion and serve.
