Tempe Masak Taoco
Fried spicy tempe

200 gr tempe
4 cloves garlic
5 shallots
2 salam leaves
2 cm galangal / laos
2 red chilies
2 tbsp taoco
1 tbsp kecap manis
1 tbsp sauce tomat (see recipe)
1/4 teaspoon pepper
50 ml of water
Cara membuat:
Cut the tempe into small strips, the lomboks into rings and the garlic and shallots finely. Pound or grind the galangal / laos finely.
Heat in an oil pan and fry the tempe crispy and set aside. Heat in a pan 1 tbsp oil and fry the shallots, the garlic, the salam, the laos and chilies for 3 minutes. Add the taoco and mix well. Then add the tempe, the kecap, the sauce tomat and the pepper and mix well. Add the water and cook gently until tender.
