Sayur Bening Tempe
spicy tempeh from Tegal

350 gr tempeh
4 shallots
2 red chilies
2 cm laos
1 salam leaf
2 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
1200 ml of water
Cara membuat:
Cut the tempeh into cubes, the chilies into strips and the shallots finely. Heat in a pan the water and add the shallots, chilies, the jahe and the salam and cook for 3 minutes. Add the tempeh, salt and palm sugar and cook until tender.
