Tahu Jangan Lombok
Spicy stewed tahu/tofu
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
1 block tahu/tofu
2 green lomboks
2 red lomboks
5 green rawits
5 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
5 jeruk purut leaves
2 salam leaves
1 sereh / lemongrass, white portion
750 ml coconut milk
2 tsp salt
2 tsp palm sugar
2 tbsp oil

1 cm kunyit
3 cm laos
2 cm jahe
1 cm kencur
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Cut the tahu into cubes, cut the lomboks into rings and halve the rawits. Slice the shallots finely and the garlic into thin slices. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shalots, garlic, bumbu, sereh, salam and jeruk purut for 4 minutes. Add the lomboks and the rawits and fry them soft. Then add the tahu and mix well. Then add the coconut milk, the palm sugar and the salt and cook it slowly until done.
