Tahu Kemul Kemangi
seasoned coated tahu

1 block tahu/tofu
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 tsp ketumbar
100 ml of water
Bumbu Lengkap:
Coating ingredients:
150g flour
25 g rice flour
250 ml water
1/2 tsp kunyit
1/2 tsp ketumbar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 stalks chives
10 gr kemangi
Cara membuat:
Cut the tofu into 8 slices and marinate them for 20 minutes with the salt, pepper, ketumbar and water. Cut the chives into small pieces and coarsely chop the kemangi. Mix the ingredients for the coating into a smooth batter.
Heat in a pan sufficient oil. Roll the tahu/tofu into the batter and fry them until dry, done and golden brown.
