Orek Tempe
spicy fried tempe

250 gr tempe
4 cloves garlic
5 shallots
1 salam leaf
1 cm galangal
1 lemongrass
1 green lombok
1 red lombok
1 tsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
75 ml of water
Cara membuat:
Cut the tempeh into long strips. Heat in a pan the oil and fry until brown and set aside. Cut the garlic and the shallots into thin slices and slice the chilies into rings. Grate the galangal and slice the lemongrass finely.
Heat in a pan 2 tbsp oil and fry the garlic, shallots, salam, the laos and lemon grass for 3 minutes. Add the chilies and fry for 2 minutes. Add the kecap, salt and palm sugar and mix well. Then add the water and bring to a boil. Add the tempeh and cook gently until tender.
