Orek Tempe
fried spicy tempeh

250 gr tempeh
4 cloves of garlic
4 shallots
1 salam leaf
1 m galangal
1 sereh/lemongrass
1 green lombok
1 red lombok
1 tsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palmsugar
75 ml of water
Cara membuat:
Cut the tempeh into long strips, the garlic and shallots in the thin slices, and chop the sereh fine and grate the galangal. Cut the chilies into thin strips.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the tempeh brown and set aside. Heat in a pan 2 tbsp oil and fry the garlic, shallots, salam, the galangal and lemongrass for 4 minutes. Add the chilies and cook for 1 minute. Then add the kecap, palm sugar, the salt and mix. Then add the water and bring to a boil. Then add the tempe and cook, while stirring, until done
