tahu with beef in a herby sauce

250g tahu/tofu
250g beef
200 ml santen cair
4 jeruk purut
2cm jahe
800 ml water
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
4 cloves garlic
4 shallots
1/2 tsp ketumbar
1/4 tsp jinten
1/2 tsp pepper
Cara membuat:
Cut the meat and the tahu into cubes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a pan the water and cook the meat with the paste, the jahe and jeruk purut. Add the tahu and cook until tender. Add the coconut milk and bring gently to the boil and serve.
