Tahu goreng tempe manis tempung
spicy fried tempe and tahu
Bahan-bahan:

300 gr tempe
1 block tahu
3 salam leaves
2 cm laos
750 ml of coconut water
3 tablespoons palm sugar
1 tsp salt
100g flour
oil

bumbu:
6 shallots
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 tsp ketumbar

Cut the tempeh into pieces of 4x6 cm. Cut the tofu into 8 pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Add in a saucepan with the coconut water all the ingredients except the flour and oil, and cook gently until completely permeated and absorbed. Cover the tahu and tempe completely with the flour. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the tempe and tahu golden brown.
