Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
150 gr tempe
oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
10 red rawits
2 cm kencur
2 jerut purut leaves
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp broth/stock
Cara membuat:
Chop the tempe fine. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a smooth paste. Mix in the tempe. Form small balls of the mixture. Heat in a wok / wadjan the oil and fry the balls until cooked and brown.
