Chinese cabbage soup with salted eggs

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1000 ml water
4 telur asin (see recipe)
3 shallots
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tsp palm sugar
100g chinese cabbage
3 stalks caisim / choy sum
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Slice the shallots and the garlic into thin slices and cabbage and caisim in pieces. Heat in a pan the water and add the shallots, garlic, salt, pepper and palm sugar and cook for 3 minutes. Stir in the eggs. Add the cabbage and caisim and cook until done.
