Ingredients:
500 gr chicken filet
50 gr grated coconut
3 tbsp taoco
2 salam leaves
3 sereh (lemongrass)
1500 ml water
Haluskan:
Bumbu:
6 small red onions
4 cloves garlic
4 kluwek
2 tsp salt
3 tsp palmsugar

5 tbsp bawang goreng
Cara membuat:
Preparation/method:
Cut the meat into small pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Roast the grated coconut dry in a skillet until golden brown. Heat in a pan the water and add all ingredients. Cook it slowly until all of the bumbu is absorbed and the meat is cooked. Sprinkle the bawang goring on top and serve.
