Sup Daging Tetelan Sawi Putih

Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
150 gr beef (brisket)
1500 ml of water
2 tbsp oil
1/2 onion
5 cloves of garlic
2 sprigs of celery
200 gr Chinese cabbage
100 gr carrot
100 gr mushrooms
10 bakso sapi / meatballs
1 spring onion
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into pieces. Finely chop the onion and the garlic. Cut the celery, the carrot and the cabbage into pieces. Cut the mushrooms into slices and the bakso in four pieces. Slice the spring onion.
Heat in a pan the water together with the meat and cook it until done. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion, garlic and celery for 3 minutes. Then add it to the stock and mix well.
Then mix the cabbage, the carrot, the mushrooms, the bakso and the spring onion and bring to the boil. Then add the sesame oil, the fish sauce, pepper, palm sugar and salt and cook until done. Serve.
