Sup ikan batam
fish soup with salted cabbage

3 ikan nila / tilapia
1/2 lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1000 ml water
1/2 tbsp ebi (dried shrimp)
3 green tomatoes
2 tbsp bawang goreng / fried onions
1 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
75g Sawi asin / salted cabbage
1/2 tsp fish sauce
2 sprigs kemangi
Cara membuat:
Cut the fish into pieces. Roat the ebi and pulverize. Cut the sawi Cut into pieces and reap the kemangi. Slice the tomatoes into pieces.
Heat in a pan the water and add the ebi, tomatoes, bawang goreng, salt, palm sugar and pepper and cook for 3 minutes. Add the fish and cook until it changes color. Add the Sawi and fish sauce and cook until tender. Spoon the kemangi and serve.
