spicy stewed bamboo shoots in creamy sauce

400 gr bamboo shoots
25 gr melinjo leaf
9 green lomboks
7 red lomboks
5 red rawits
3 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
3 jeruk purut leaves
2 salam leaf
1 sereh / lemongrass (white portion)
750 ml coconut milk
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of palm sugar
2 tablespoons of oil

3 cm laos
2 cm jahe
1 cm kencur
1 cm kunyit, roasted
1 tablespoon ebi, roasted

Cara Membuat:
Cut the bamboo shoots into pieces, the lomboks and rawits into rings, the garlic and shallots in thin slices. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic, the shallots, the bumbu, the jeruk purut, the salam and the sereh for 3 minutes. Then add the lomboks and rawits and fry until soft. Then add the rebung and mix well. Pour in the coconut milk and stir in the melinjo leaves, the salt and the palm sugar and cook slowly until done.
