spicy prawn soup

1500 ml fish stock
8 tiger prawns / gamba's
4 red lomboks (large chilies)
3 lemon grass, crushed
6 cm ginger, curshed
8 shallots
5 kaffir lime leaves
1 tbsp palmsugar
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tomatoes
1 paksoy

bawang goreng (fried onions)

Cara membuat:
Deseed the lomboks and cit them into thin strips. Cut the shallots fine, the paksoy into small pieces and the tomatoes into small parts. Heat in a pan the stock and add the lemon grass, the lime leaves, the lomboks and the ginger and let it simmer for 20 minutes. Then add the remaining ingredients and lett it simmer slowly for another 2 minutes. Laddle the soup into bowls and sprinkle it with the bawang goreng
