Garo bunga papaya dari Manado


Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
4 tbsp oil
3 pieces of papaya leaves
250 gr papaya flowers
100 gr melinjo leaf
3 sereh (lemongrass)
10 jeruk purut / kaffir lime leaves
3 pandan leaves
900 gr kunyit leaves
3 stalks of green onion
8 kemangi (basil just the stems)
3 cm jahe (ginger)
200 g smoked tuna (fufu)
water

9 red lomboks
21 green rawit
10 spring onions
7 cloves garlic
salt to taste

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Boil the papaya leaves in water gently and let it drain and then cut it then coarsely. Boil the papaya flowers in soft water so the bitterness disappears. Cut the melinjo leaf, pandan, the kunyit leaf, lemongrass, onion and jahe into thin slices. Cut the jeruk purut and tuna finely. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat in a wok / wadjan the oil and add the pandan and fry fragrant. Then add the bumbu and fry it for 3 minutes. Then add the tuna and vegetables and cook until tender. Finally add the kemangi and sauté briefly.
