Mushroom in banana leaf
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
250 gr mushrooms
1 egg
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palmsugar
2 salam leaves
banana leaves
biteng
Haluskan:
Bumbu:
1 sereh (lemongrass)
1 cm laos(galangal)
1 cm jahe (ginger)
Cara membuat:
Preparation/method:
Cut the mushroom into thin slices. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Beat the egg and mix all ingredients well together. Put the mixture in banana leaf and fold it like a parcel. Close the ends with the biting. Steam the packages for 20 minutes. Roast the packages then slowly above a charcoalfire until the banana leaves turns brown, then serve.
