Sambal Goreng Sama Bunci

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
450 gr snake/string beans
4 chickenlivers
2 shallots
1 cm kunyit (curcuma/turmeric)
1 cengkeh (clove)
1/2 sereh (lemongrass)
1 tsp palmsugar
1 red lombok (large chili)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp trasi bakar (roasted shrimp paste)
5 tbsp santen asli (thick coconut milk)
1 tbsp oil
Cara membuat;
preperation/method;
Cut the livers into thin slices and the shallots fine. Cut the lombok in pieces. Pound or grind the kunyit and the cengkeh fine into a paste. Clean the beans and cut the into 3 cm long pieces. Heat in a wok the oil and fryt the liver and the shallots for 2 minutes. Add the kunyit, the cengkeh, the sereh, the palmsugar, the lombok and the salt and fry it for 2 minutes. Then add the beans, the santen and the trasi and let it simmer covered until its cooked.
