Tumis Petsai Udang
spicy stewed cabbage with shrimps

600 gr Chinese cabbage
150 gr medium shrimp
4 cloves of garlic
2 red lomboks
3 red rawits
2 tomatoes
3 tsp sesame oil
4 tbsp oil

Bahan saus:
ingredients sauce:
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp palm sugar
4 tsp kecap asin
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cornflour

Cara membuat:
Cut the cabbage into pieces and peel the shrimp. Finely chop the garlic. Cut the rawits into thin rings. Deseed the lomboks and cut them into strips. Deseed the tomatoes and cut them into slices/cubes. Mix the ingredients for the sauce.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the cabbage for 5 minutes. Then drain off the liquid and set aside.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the garlic for 1 minute. Then add the lomboks, the rzwits and the tomato and fry until soft. Then add the prawns and the sauce and bring to the boil while stirring.
Then add the cabbage and mix well. Sprinkle over the sesame oil and serve.
