pineapple curry
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1 small pineapple
2 shallots
2 cloves of garlic
4 cm cinnamon
3 cloves
3 cardamom
1 tsp ketumbar
1 1/2 tsp jinten
1 red lombok
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
250 ml santen asli (thick coconut milk)
1 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Peel the pineapple and remove the hard core. Then cut the pineapple into cubes. Finely chop the shallots and garlic. Cut the lombok into thin rings.
Heat in a pan and oil and fry the shallots, garlic, cinnamon, cloves and cardamon for 3 minutes. Then add the ketumbar, the jinten, the lombok and the salt and fry for another 2 minutes.
Then add the pineapple and mix well. Then add the coconut milk and palm sugar and bring it to the boil while stirring. Then simmer for another 4 minutes until the pineapple has softened. serve.
