Tumis Buncis Udang
stewed green beans with shrimps

200 gr green beans
300 gr shrimp
2 red lomboks
3 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
1 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tspn salt
1 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp terasi/trasi
100ml water
5 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Cut the green beans into small pieces. Clean and peel the shrimp. Thinly slice the shallots and garlic. Cut the lomboks into thin diagonal rings.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallots and garlic for 4 minutes. Then add the terasi and mix well. Then add the lomboks and fry until soft.
Then add the prawns and fry them until they change color. Then add the green beans, salt, kecap, palm sugar and water and cook until done. serve.
