Tumis Caisim Ebi
stir-fry of choisam in spicy sauce

2 bunches caisim / choisam / else baby paksoy
1 tbsp ebi, soaked
3 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
2 cm laos
2 red lomboks
2 green lomboks
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
100 ml of water
1 eat oil

Cara Membuat:
Cut the choisam into pieces, the shallots and garlic in thin slices and the lomboks in rings. Pound the ebi fine.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic, the shallots, the laos and the ebi for 3 minutes. Then add the lomboks and fry until soft. Then add the pepper, the salt, the palm sugar and the choisam and mix well. Add the water, mix well and cook until done.
