stir fry of green beans with tahu
300 gr green beans
3 cloves of garlic
3 red cabai keriting (curly cayenne pepper)
1 tsp kecap asin
1 tsp oyster sauce
50 ml of water
1/2 tsp pepper
Cut the tahu into cubes of 2x2 cm. Heat in a pan of oil and fry the tahu until golden brown and set aside.
Cut the beans into 2 cm pieces, the carrots into thin slices and the keriting into thin rings. Cut the shallots and the garlic into thin slices.
Heat some oil in a pan and fry the shallots, garlic and keriting for 4 minutes. Then add the beans, carrot and tahu and mix well.
Then add the water, the kecap, the oyster sauce and the pepper and cook until done. Serve.
