Oseng Kangkung Daging Giling
kangkung stir fry with minced meat
Bahan-bahan;
ingredients:
250 gr kangkung
2 jeruk purut leaves
150 gr minced meat
3 tbsp kecap manis
1 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 kecombrang flower
2 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
3 red lomboks
3 green lomboks
1 serai / sereh / lemongrass, white part
2 cm lengkuas / galangal
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Cut the kecombrang into thin slices.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the jeruk purut and the kecombrang for 5 minutes. Then add the ground beef and fry until it changes color.
Then add the kecap, the fish sauce, the pepper, the salt and mix well. Then add the kangkung and fry it until soft and done. Serve.
