Nasi Goreng Selimut
Fried rice with an omelet
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
500 gr white rice
100 gr chicken, cooked
50 gr shrimps, peeled
5 bakso sapi, small meatballs
1 red lombok
1 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 spring onion
1 tbsp butter / oil
Haluskan:
Bumbu
3 red lomboks
2 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
2 tsp kari / massalla / curry powder

Omelette Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/8 tsp salt
1 tbsp kecap manis
1 tbsp butter
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Cut the chicken and the bakso into pieces, deseed the lombok and slice it finely. Slice the spring onion finely. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu to a paste. Beat the eggs together with the kecap and the salt.
Heat in a pan the butter and add the egg mixture and fry a thin omelette and set aside.
Heat in a pan the oil / butter and fry the bumbu with the lombok for 3 minutes. Add the shrimp, chicken and bakso and fry for 2 minutes. Then add the rice, the kecap, the salt and the pepper and fry until done. Then spoon in the spring onion.
Divide the omelette into portions and place the nasi on top, fold as close as possible and serve.
