beef in dark sauce from Jambi
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr beef
100 gr grated coconut
1/4 tsp jinten
1/4 tsp aniseed
1 tbsp ketumbar
2 cm cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
5 tbsp kecap manis
500 ml coconut milk
Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
4 kemiri notes
2 cm jahe
1 sereh, white part
2 cm laos
Cara Membuat:

Cut the meat into pieces. Roast the coconut dry in a pan. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Mix the meat with the bumbu, the coconut, the jinten, the aniseed, the ketumbar, the cinnamon, the nutmeg, the pepper and the salt and leave it for 30 minutes.
Heat a pan and add the meat with the herbs and kecap and mix well. Then add the coconut milk gradually and cook the meat and until the sauce has thickened.
