Semur Kambing Giling Kacang Merah
meatballs with red kidney beans

400 g of minced lamb
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp salt
150 gr red kidney beans, cooked
7 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
2 salam leaf
1 tsp ketumbar
1/2 tsp jinten
3 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
750 ml of water
2 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Mix the mince with the salt with the pepper, the nutmeg and the salt and form balls and set aside. Cut the shallots and the garlic into thin slices.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallots, garlic and salam for 5 minutes. Then add the balls and the beans and mix well.
Add the ketumbar, the jinten, the kecap, the salt, the pepper and the palm sugar and mix well. Add the water and continue to cook until done. Serve.
