stir fry of kangkung with bakso and seasoned with trasi
Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
250 gr kangkung
1 salam leaf
4 bakso sapi / meatballs
2 red lomboks
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp palm sugar
50 ml of water
3 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
1 tomato
1 tsp terasi / trasi
4 red cabai keriting (curly cayenne pepper)

Cut the bakso and the lomboks into slices. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the salam and the lomboks for 4 minutes. Then add the bakso and the kangkung and mix well.
Then add the salt, pepper, palm sugar and water and mix well. Cook until done. Serve.
