Tumis buncis rebon
stewed green beans with dried fish
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
150g green beans
50 g rebon (dried fish)
1 salam leaf
50 ml of water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
2 tablespoons oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 shallots
3 cloves garlic
4 red rawits
1cm galangal

2 tbsp Bawang Goreng

Cut the beans into pieces. Soak the fish in water and then dry fry it. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste and salam for 3 minutes. Mix in the rebon and then the beans. Bake for 5 minutes. Add the water, salt and palm sugar and cook until the liquid is absorbed.
