Tumis Asam Labu Siam
stir-fry of chayote with bakso

Bahan Bahan:
1 labu siam / chayote
4 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
4 red lomboks
4 belimbing sayur
5 bakso sapi / meatballs
50 gr bean sprouts
1 tbsp fish sauce
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
100 ml of water
3 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Cut the chayote julliene. Cut the shallots, the garlic, the lomboks and the belimbing into thin slices. Cut the bakso into pieces.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallots, garlic, lomboks and belimbing for 5 minutes. Then add the fish sauce, the oyster sauce, the bakso, the salt and the palm sugar and mix well.
Then add the chayote, the bean sprouts and the water and cook until done.
