Daging Cah Taoge
beef with bean sprouts

150 gr beef
4 cloves of garlic
1 green lombok
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
50 gr bean sprouts
1 spring onion
500ml water
2 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into thin slices or small cubes. Cut the garlic into thin slices. Cut the lombok into thin rings and the spring onion into small pieces,
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic and the lombok for 2 minutes. Then add the meat and cook until it changes color.
Then add the kecap, the oyster sauce, the salt and the palm sugar and mix well. Then add the water and bring to a boil. Then add the bean sprouts and cook until done. Then mix in the spring onion and serve.
