Ayam Woku Balanga (Manado)
spicy fried chicken in green
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1 chicken
2 tsp lime juice
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp oil
5 green lomboks
2 serai / sereh / lemongrass
2 spring onion
3 jeruk purut leaves
1 pandan leaf
1 kunyit leaf
20 kemangi leaves
150 ml water
Haluskan:
bumbu:
8 red lomboks
4 red rawits
7 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
2 cm kunyit
1 cm jahe
1 tomato
2 tsp salt
Cara membuat:

Cut the chicken into 8 pieces and rub it with the lime juice and the salt and let it rest for 30 minutes. Cut the lomboks into pieces. Chop the spring onion into pieces and the jeruk purut and the kunyit leaf finely. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu for 6 minutes. Then add the chicken and fry until it is firm. Then add the serai, the jeruk purut, the pandan and the kunyit leaf and mix well.
Then add the water and cook the chicken until done. Then mix the lomboks, the kemangi and the spring onion and cook until the sauce thickens. Serve.
