stir-fry of seasoned kangkung
Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
250 gr kangkung
2 salam leaf
1 cm Lengkuas / galangal / laos
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 red lomboks
7 red rawits
5 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
1 tomato
1 tsp belacan / terasi / trasi
Cara membuat:

Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the salam and the laos for 5 minutes. Then add the kangkung and fry until soft. Then add the sugar and the salt and mix well. Serve.
