Ulang-Ulang Campur (Maluku)
mixed seasoned vegetables

Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
250 gr snake beans
200 gr cabbage
100 gr bean sprouts
100 gr bayam / wild spinach
2 tbsp lime, juice
water
oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 red lomboks
3 red rawits
5 shallots
1/2 tsp terasi / trasi
1 tsp salt
50 gr kenari nuts, other almonds

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the beans into pieces of 4 cm. Cut the cabbage into squares. Heat in a pan the water and cook / blanch the beans, the cabbage, the bean sprouts and the bayam separately and let it cool in cold water. Then mix the vegetables well.
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 6 minutes. Then add the lime juice and mix well. Spoon the sauce over the vegetables and/or mix it and serve.
