Bandeng Masak Kemangi - stewed spicy fish with lemon basil

Bandeng Masak Kemangi
stewed spicy fish with lemon basil
Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr ikan bandeng / milkfish
1 lime, juice
2 kunyit sheet
500 ml of water
2 bunches of kemangi
3 red lomboks
3 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 shallots
2 cloves of garlic
2 cm kunyit
2 cm jahe
3 kemiri/candlenuts
1 tsp salt
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the fish into slices and rub it in with the lime juice and leave it for 15 minutes. Then rinse off. Cut the lomboks into rings. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the kunyit leaf for 5 minutes. then add the fish and cook until the fish changes colour.
Then add the waer and mix well. Cook over low heat until the fish is done. Then mix in the kemangi and the lomboks and serve.
