Tumisan Sayur
tofu with vegetables

250 gr tofu/tahu
124 gr tempe
100 gr beansprouts
250 gr long beans
1/2 cucumber
1 carrot
2 shallots
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp kecap manis (dark sweet soy sauce)
3 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Slice the tahu and the tempe into small cubes. Cut the long beans in 3 cm long pieces, the shallots and the garlic into thin slices and the carrot julienne. Halve the cucumber and cut it into thin slices.
Blach the long beans and the tauge in boiling water and drain. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the shallots for 3 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients but not the kecap and fry it for 5 minutes. Sprinkle the kecap on top and serve.
