Tumis Okra Bumbu Terasi

Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
15 okra
100 gr shrimp
4 cloves of garlic
6 red lomboks
1 tsp terasi / trasi
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
3 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Halve the okra's and clean the shrimps. Finely chop the garlic and the lomboks.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic, the terasi and the lomboks for 3 minutes. Then add the shrimp and fry until they change colour. Then add okra and mix well.
Then add the salt and the palmsugar and fry until done. Serve.
